If you have meeting planners, we will work with them to coordinate all the logistics, assist with budgeting and help organize attendees. COST-SAVING PLANS
At I.C.T. Travel our goal is to keep your travel expenses within budget, provide easy accounting and tracking and optimize your buying dollar. Some of the ways we do this:
Tracking unused tickets: Did you know that a large portion of tickets go unused? We track unused tickets and notify the travelers of any value and deadline to use. We file the unused tickets in the travelers profile so we know each time they book, they have the option of redeeming for their next trip!
Reconciliation and Cost tracking: We can set up your account any way you like, providing detailed reports on the costs that are the most important to you.
Offering lowest fares: We can keep a record of employee booking habits and note on the records if the travelers are declining the lowest fares and why. This will help you retain control of your expenses and be in the loop on ticket costs.
Corporate perks: We can suggest various programs with Air, Car and Hotel suppliers that enable companies to enroll for free. Once the company reaches a certain number of bookings - the perks follow! Benefits can include free hotel nights, upgrades and even complimentary tickets. The individual travelers still earn their personal program points but with these programs the companies can benefit as well!
Vendor negotiations: We can work with vendors that your company uses frequently to help you negotiate a discount rate. The same is true for airlines and car rental companies - everyone likes a loyal customer and we will be there to assist you in any negotiation!
Insurance: We have a great partnership with Manulife Insurance and can provide insurance coverage for your entire trip or even just medical. Be sure to check with your credit card company to see what coverage employees have when using the card - unexpected costs can hurt a travel budget.
Visa/Passport service: We will advise you if a passport or visa is needed at your destination and can help make arrangements to secure you the necessary documents for your trip.
